Overview
Turning Germany into the leading market and leading provider of electromobility will require cooperation with the new value-added chains across industries, with modified business processes and workflows, and with technological changes. To achieve this, education and training programmes across industries, relevant for the entire value-added chain, are to be put in place. The ZieLE project is intended to support the development of a comprehensive education and training infrastructure on electromobility and to promote it with special expertise. It will focus on skilled trades like the electrical and automotive trades. However, it will also extend to sales professions like car dealers and energy providers.
The project foresees developing and testing a modular and standardised teaching and learning infrastructure, with each partner contributing their respective education and training expertise to the development of a new education and training system on electromobility. Two electric vehicles refitted with lab equipment, which will serve as one of several methodical-didactic modules, are to be made available to teachers, trainers, and professors. The large number of partners will enable consideration of cross-industry and interdisciplinary aspects and interfaces to academic education as well as the dissemination of the project outcome all over Germany.
