Overview
The aim of the project will be to take into account the wider socio-economic impacts (economic, operational, environmental, socio-economic, urban, etc.) of autonomous mobility on the development of the region and identify the positive and negative impacts of autonomous mobility on the regional development.
To address the issue, it is necessary to cover several geographical disciplines, in particular geography of transport, industry, population and settlements, and to categorize regions, such as low-populated regions and densely populated regions. Part of the project's solution is the implementation of extensive surveys, the outputs of which will help to achieve a successful solution of COST action CA16222 'Wider Impacts and Scenario Evaluation of Autonomous and Connected Transport' (WISE-ACT).
