The personal data collected from the e-newsletter subscription forms and further processed are: e-mail address, name, organisation name, organisation type, country.

The purpose of the processing of personal data for the e-Service is the subscription to an e-newsletter (electronic newsletter) released by the TRIMIS portal and any other TRIMIS programme communications.

3. Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed?

The access to all personal data is only granted through UserId/Password. The mailing list survey is managed by the authorised webmaster. 4. How do we protect and safeguard your information?

The TRIMIS website and the collected personal data is stored on a secure web server hosted by an Internet Service Provider. You personal information will never be published on the TRIMIS website or made available to third parties in any other way.

5. How can you verify, modify or delete your information?

If you would like to verify which personal data is stored on your behalf or wish to delete it, please write an e-mail message to the functional mailbox address mentioned hereafter under ‘Contact Information’, by explicitly specifying your request.
