European Research and Innovation Days is the European Commission’s annual flagship Research and Innovation event, bringing together policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs and the public to debate and shape the future of research and innovation in Europe and beyond.
The New Horrizon final conference will be taking place online this year, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The programme will include 12 sessions and 50 pilow actions over 9 days, sharing achievements, tools and lessons learned in the H2020 project NewHoRRIzon.
Guided tours of the virtual RRI exhibition will be provided, where you will be able to explore exhibits on a variety of RRI topics.

Two day event focusing on the Port and Maritime Sector: Key Developments and Challenges

The SUITS Final Digital Conference “Enhancing the capacity of small-medium local authorities to deliver on green sustainable mobility”, will take place on the 24th & 25th February 2021.
The Horizon 2020 BRAVE project has studied the acceptability of highly automated vehicles. BRAVE’s approach assumes that the launch of automated vehicles on public roads will only be successful if a user-centric approach is used where the technical aspects go hand in hand in compliance with societal values, user acceptance, behavioural intentions, road safety, social, economic, legal and ethical considerations.
The project is hosting an online event to present its results with the aim of sharing knowledge on acceptability gaps and solutions that aim at bridging the gaps.
