2016 Annual Polis Conference

The Polis Annual Conferences provide an opportunity for cities and regions to showcase their transport achievements to a large audience and for the wider transport community to engage with representatives of city and regional authorities on innovative transport solutions.

This year's Annual Polis Conference on "Transport innovation for sustainable cities and regions" will take place on 1and 2 December 2016 in Rotterdam. Side events and Polis' Annual General Assembly (AGA, for Polis members only) are scheduled for 30 November.

The timeline is the following:

• Call for exhibitors and sponsors opens on 15/03/2016
• Call for speakers open from 04/04/2016 until 15/05/2016
• Registrations open on 20/06/2016
• Early bird registrations open until 10/10/2016
• Polis Annual General Assembly (Polis members only): 30/11/2016
• Polis Conference: 01-02/12/2016
