Coordination and Cooperation: The pace in European road safety

Every year, ASECAP, the European association of tolled road infrastructure operators, organises in one of its members' countries a high-level conference dedicated to road safety. This year, experts from all over Europe will gather to exchange best practices and present results and forthcoming actions in the field of road safety design, operation and innovation, sharing their views with European and national policy-makers.

In the perspective of the EU Road Safety Action Program (2011-2020) to be launched later this year by the European Commission, this event aims to offer an opportunity for policy makers, major stakeholders, ASECAP and its members, to examine the main parameters for a safe management of road infrastructures.
