The central theme for ECOMM 2005 will be 'Influencing Future Generations'. This theme will enable to draw on the work and creative thinking of a wider audience, including those in the Education and Health professions, who can reinforce the messages that are being promoted by Municipal Authorities and Governments. The central theme should be considered as a horizontal focus, linking into other topics such as pricing, land use planning, and other target groups besides young people.
