The Excellence in Road Safety Awards 2024 ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 14, in Brussels and online. This annual event recognises outstanding achievements in promoting road safety across Europe, honoring projects and initiatives that contribute to safer roads.

The 2024 awards categories include:

• Best Project Supporting Road Safety for Vulnerable Road Users: Pedestrians and Cyclists
• Best Project Supporting Road Safety in Motorcycling
• Best Use of Technology and Innovation to Promote Road Safety
• Urban Road Safety Award (open to municipal, city, and regional authorities)
• Best Project Promoting Road Safety Education

Finalists for each category have been announced, and winners will be revealed during the event.
