This two day conference will cover large and small engines for on and off highway applications. The four main themes will be performance, fuel economy, fuels and emissions, with keynote speakers on each day. The conference will address challenges posed by climate change, regulations and market fragmentation. It will promote the dissemination and discussion of research on the latest developments in technology and the responses to market, regulatory and operational pressures. The conference will update and expand on topics covered at the last Performance and Emissions conference in 2004 and the 2002 seminar on Fuel Injection Systems. Both experimental and CAE/CFD areas will be covered, as will the latest techniques used in engine research and development.
