Overview
It has been a bumper year for air quality, an issue which rose to higher prominence during the General Election period as the Supreme Court ordered the government to produce a new plan to tackle pollution before the end of 2015.
And, with this air quality plan taking shape under the guidance of a new government, there is no better time to be discussing the issue of how to tackle emissions at local and national level from a range of sources, not least urban transport.
Speakers at this year’s National Air Quality Conference will therefore include some of the UK’s top figures involved in air quality, including policy makers, transport industry representatives and experts all providing their insight at the event.
