Overview
EasyWay is a project that incorporates eight Euro-Regions (ARTS, CENTRICO, CONNECT, CORVETTE, SERTI, VIKING, STREETWISE and ITHACA) for the 2007-2013 period. Its objective is to continue the successful work undertaken in the field of intelligent road transport technologies in the MIP 1 phase (2001-2006). The EasyWay project is designed to define strategic actions and targets and identify the set of necessary services to deploy across Europe, becoming an efficient platform for combined deployments of pan-European services. It focuses on the deployment of European services focused on European travellers and road user needs to receive information and guidance on the TERN and at interfaces with major urban networks.
