The SESAR Innovation Days (SIDs) 2024 will be held from 12-15 November in Rome, Italy, hosted by Aeroporti di Roma, ENAV, and Leonardo. Established in 2011, the SIDs serve as a key platform for the SESAR Joint Undertaking to share advancements in air traffic management (ATM) research, with a strong focus on exploratory research.

The event will feature contributions from the ATM research community, an exhibition, and networking sessions, providing insights into recent projects and opportunities for professional connections. This year’s program also includes visits to SESAR JU operational partners ENAV and Aeroporti di Roma, offering participants a firsthand look at ATM applications in action.

The annual Young Scientist Award will also be presented, recognizing excellence in ATM and aviation research among emerging researchers.
