Track for high-speed railways - Workshop

The Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP) organises a workshop inviting international specialists in this field of high-speed railways to share their knowledge and expertise with the engineering community, and to discuss the structural behaviour and performance of existing solutions and their potential improvements.

The Workshop will include a number of lectures in the following topics: Permanent Way: materials and mechanical properties; track maintenance and monitoring; track geometry and railway design; construction and operating control systems.
