Overview

The Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning at the University of Lisbon is hosting the 5th International Conference on Urban e-Planning.

The annual event attracts professionals from around the world to discuss the current situation of urban e-planning and the future challenges and opportunities that can be expected. Over the course of the two days, there will be presentations from leading academics, panel discussions and networking opportunities.

Previous years have included topics such as e-territoriality, big data analytics and the monitoring of safety risk areas using spatial micro-data. For 2020, there is a call for papers in the following categories:

  • Governance and Planning of Smart Cities
  • Citizens' e-Participation in Urban Governance

For further information, please go to their website.

Participation in the conference requires the presentation of a paper. For details about abstract submission, please follow this link
