Overview
The URBAN-E project partners have the pleasure to invite you to an online dissemination event on 19 January 2023 from 10:00 to 12:30 (CET) to discuss the results of the CEF-funded project and challenges ahead for the E-Mobility sector in particular at cities' level.
URBAN-E aimed to accelerate e-mobility, intermodal travelling and green transportation services in the Urban Nodes of the Core Network to significantly contribute to the European alternative fuels implementation strategy. URBAN-E brought together three municipalities (Ljubljana, Zagreb and Bratislava) and companies experienced in EV charging infrastructure in Cohesion countries (Petrol d.d. Ljubljana from Slovenia, Petrol d.o.o. Zagreb from Croatia and Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. from Slovakia), a railway company (Slovenske železnice - Potniški promet from Slovenia), as well as innovative B2C and B2B transport service operators (Go4 from Slovakia and GoOpti from Slovenia), to form a new strategic partnership for green urban transport.
The project included testing urban green shuttle services between Ljubljana and Zagreb, the deployment of parking sensors for testing the parking management possibilities and smart charging use cases.
Project URBAN-E is co-funded by the European Union's Connecting Europe Facility.
