Overview
The Baltic Road Association is a regional road organization established by the Baltic States in 1989. Its aim is to co-ordinate the activities of the Baltic road specialists and seek mutual co-operation and technical progress. This year edition of the conference will focus on road planning, construction, preservation and financing; bridges; road regulations and road safety.
