Privacy Statement
The Transport Research and Innovation Monitoring and Information System (TRIMIS) is a web-based service that provides up-to-date information on transport innovation in the form of research and policy reports. On the TRIMIS website an e-Service is made available to create a TRIMIS user account, to register for a regular electronic newsletter and a digest of the latest scientific publications.
The e-newsletter keeps readers informed about new items on the website and on key transport research events across Europe, while the digest provides a summary of the latest scientific publications in the area of the STRIA Roadmaps. The e-newsletters and digests are sent out to all subscribers by e-mail on a regular basis. The subscription to this service requires a registration and the creation of a user profile on the EU Login portal, the European Commission's user authentication service. EU Login allows authorised users to access a wide range of Commission web services, using a single e-mail address and password.
The personal data collected, the disclosure of such data, the safeguards to ensure the protection of personal information, the procedure to verify and modify data and the duration of keeping such data for the EU Login registration are detailed in the EU Login Privacy Statement: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/privacyStatement.html
In addition, the type of personal information collected, the legal basis, the purpose and the technical means of collection are detailed in:
