Overview
Objectives
The PRELICA project aimed to reduce the hydro-acoustic emissions of the marine propeller through accurate predictions that are able to simulate the noise radiated at all frequencies through the combination of potential methods:
- RANS and LES,
- the use of advanced techniques of numerical modeling, and
- modern optimisation algorithms.
