VAMOS focuses on implementing wireless technology solutions widely regardless of business area. Selected areas are industry, transportation, construction and services. Special focus of the programme is to increase the cost-efficiency of the companies by utilising new mobile technology solutions.
Another important goal is to launch successful commercial mobile products, generate lucrative business and create new jobs.
The programme has a steering board consisting of the main funding parties and experts of different companies. The administration of the programme comes from Tekes.
Funding
Bugdet of the programme is appr. 202 million Euros. Tekes' share is appr. 76 million Euros.
