Overview

Objectives:

The Action is part of a Global Project which plans to develop a zero emission service network for public transport in the Core Urban Node of Warsaw.

To that end, a bus depot with parking spaces for 283 buses in total will be built, bus rolling stock (130 low-deck and low emission buses) will be purchased together with the building of fast charging pantograph stations at the extremities of 19 bus lines.

The Action contributes to shifting from fossil to alternative fuels in setting up 70 chargers (140 charging points in total), 5 masts with pantographs, a photovoltaic energy generating system and an energy storage system at the Warsaw-Redutowa bus depot.
