Overview
The development of social-economic cohesion within cross-border area of Mangalia - Balchik by supporting business development of the nautical tourism field, by capitalization of existing touring and human potential.
Specific objectives:
- Infrastructure development to support cross-border businesss for operators active in the field of nautical tourism.
- Support and optimization of entreprenorial abilities in the field of nautical tourism in the cross-border area of Mangalia - Balchik with a view to accelerate economic and social development.

Results
The project “Callatis Nautical Club”, MIS-ETC code 254, with a total eligible value of 1.252.000 euro, contributed to the business development of nautical tourism in the cross border area of Mangalia - Balchik. Through this project a Logistic business centre was developed in the nautical tourism domain (Callatis Nautical Club), consisting of: 13 hosting areas for operators in the nautical field, hosting area for organizing events, 1 place for joint secretariat and 1 place for the administration. Also, 2 events for promoting the project, 1 Boat exhibition, 1 „Cruise to Danube Delta” campaign and 1 „Balchik Cross border Boat Show” were organized
