Objectives
- To improve the accesibility in the cross-border area Calarasi-Silistra, by promoting joint clean and energy-efficient road and river transport systems.
- To improve cross-border policy coordination among local public administrations in order to develop joint road and river transport systems meaning using new innovative technologies.
- To contribute to the sustainable development by developing/designing joint clean and energy-efficient road and river transport systems.
- To implement a joint bilingual information system.
