Collection and analysis of data concerning international road transport operations within the EU

The objective of the project is to investigate the impact on freight transportation of adapting the Posting of Workers Directive 96/71/EC (PWD).

The investigation will be carried out by calculating the impacts in terms of the number of foreign drivers concerned in a selection of host countries, and as a percentage of all foreign trucks (and to the extent data allows this, buses/coaches) performing international operations in these host countries.
