The infrastructure links between the Grisons and Tyrol are the ring of union, but there is no rail link. Its implementation would be important for the tourism, and labor market mobility and allow the creation of ecological a line (con-tinues) between the central region of Switzerland and South Tyrol and Trentino (transalpine link east-west).

For these reasons, the partners intend to propose the development and the development of a project for the "Direct train connection to Engadine Vinschgau / Val Venosta "to lay the conditions for the imple-mentation of the link rail. 

La provincia di Bolzano e il Canton Grigioni intrattengono da sempre un contatto molto stretto. Per questo motivo lo scambio economico pendolari transfrontalieri, cooperazioni turistiche, ecc. e di grande interesse per i 2 territori periferici. I collegamenti infrastrutturali tra Grigioni e Alto Adige rappresentano l'anello di unione, ma non esiste un collegamento ferroviario. La sua realizzazione sarebbe importante per il turismo, il mercato del lavoro e la mobilita ecologica e consentirebbe la realizzazione di una linea (con-tinua) tra la regione centrale elvetica e l'Alto Adige nonché il Trentino (collegamento transalpino est-ovest).

Per questi motivi i partner intendono proporre lo sviluppo e l'elaborazione di un progetto per il "Collegamento ferroviario diretto Engadin- Vinschgau/Val Venosta" per gettare le condizioni per la rea-lizzazione del collegamento ferroviario.
