The project intends to experiment with forms of public transport integration times to establish a coordinated network and omoegnea border. The initiative, which fits coherently within a broader strategic plan interesting mobility overall Swiss-Italian Alpine range, intends to implement forms of coordination of public transport system between the province of Sondrio, Brescia and the Upper Engadine (Canton Graubünden), acting both on the level of services than on communication.

The project aims to initiate a scheduling coordination of transport services (especially in the nodes interchange of Tirano and Chiavenna / Colico), an integration of tariffs and the creation of new connections, and the purchase of two buses in limited pollutant emissions, improvement quality of rolling stock (trains dedicated to the Valtellina); modest infrastructure investments to improve the exchange of Polo Tirano.
