The proposed project deals with traffic congestion as a significant and serious problem of safe traffic. The emergence and progression of the congestion is a stochastic problem and its solution is possible only with the use of modern optoelectronic and laser technologies which will provide basic descriptive quantifiers of the congestion and will be able to locate early future possible place of congestion emergence. Proposed solution will be realised in the form of demonstration model.
