The Action covered studies and pilot deployment of 29 multi-standard fast chargers in Slovakia and Czech Republic. Its main objective was to obtain a well based decision framework for mass market implementation of electric vehicles charging network within the Baltic-Adriatic, Orient- East Med, and Rhine-Danube Corridors.

The Action was part of the Global Project which aimed to electrify European roads by creating an interoperable and coordinated fast charging system. Pilot deployment provided the relevant data for studies which covered market needs, network planning, ICT solutions, preparation of the Master Plan and dissemination.

The main outcome of the Action was an Electric Vehicle Roll-Out Master Plan for Slovakia and the Czech Republic which was expected to provide a valuable input for policy makers and to attract private stakeholders.
