Overview
Objectives
The main aim of the project was to enhance the number of jobs responding to the needs and problems identified in the urban public transport in the Hungarian city.
Methodology
There will be designed rules and developed labour documentation that improve quality of life and living contidions of workers and will also be advantageous for the transport company.
Results
Every fifth women is working in the flexible form of job and the proportion employed in different forms of flexible employment raised by 19%. It is also being realised by 32 educational programmes for the employees.
