R4 (Régime de Régulation du Risque Routier - road risk regulation regime) is a new method that offers new and application-based knowledge, whether for action or for international comparison.

Objectives

The objective is to model the speed risk, its effects and the action concerning this hazard, in an integrated manner using R4.

Methodology

Empiric-theroretical research comparing France and Britain by researchers specialised in road risk, management of organisations and complex systems.
