Overview

Objectives

The project aims to study hydrogen as an alternative fuel for mobility to decarbonise the Core Port of Bordeaux, by valorising the hydrogen produced by a factory in its metropolitan area. It also aims to contribute to the development of the hydrogen market and to the future decarbonisation of harbour environments.

Methodology

This will require analysing the entire hydrogen value chain: recovery, treatment, storage, transportation, and valorisation. The Action focuses on a specific segment of this value chain: the infrastructure necessary to valorise the recovered hydrogen in the harbour area at Bordeaux.
