Objectives:

The aim of this research project is to analyse flywheel storage systems in terms of scalability and integration ability into the wheel hub of vehicles. A detailed focus is on the packaging and the bearing system. The final step of the project is to create a proposal for further actions. The proposal includes the required technological developments and research of a follow-up project.
