Overview

Objectives

The objective of the project is to research urban spatial justice from the perspective of green spaces and to explore the green space needs and expectations of urban dwellers on the case of Tallinn.

The research’s value to applied science is to elaborate general principles which would motivate the use of green spaces and raise awareness on the positive impact of biodiverse green spaces on human health.

The project helps to create synergies among different disciplines at Tallinn University and to develop the potential of employees and PhD students at the School of Natural Sciences and Health who are dealing with health-related issue, especially on the field of mental health.
