Objectives:
- Improving the mobility of people and goods in Teleorman and Pleven cross-border area by developing the road network in Saelele and Guliantsy.
- Ensuring the development of the Teleorman and Pleven cross-border area, by efficiently meeting the wider transport needs of population and commerce.
- Modernization of local interest roads in Saelele and Guliantsy in order to meet the quality and quantity requirements of current and future consumers, in line with the current European norms.
