Overview
Objectives:
The GLU&NAV project developed adhesives that can be used in the shipbuilding sector to standardise application processes, in order to make the ship outfitting less expensive, faster and eco-sustainable.
Methodology:
GLU&NAV has investigated the issue of bonding, aiming to innovate the methods of securing components, such as furniture panels, to the hull or to structures by reducing the use of welding in the advanced stage of outfitting.
