The manual gives information about the available techniques for (non-destructive) testing of structures, roads and mainnetworks of pipelines for drinking water, sewers and gas.
It is written for consulting engineers being charged with the inspection and rehabilitation of existing structures. It should support the communication between the engineer and the specialist for testing.
