The main objective of the project is a long-term support for verification of the applicability of R&D results in practice, including the management system and financing of IPR. The key project objective is to implement a centralised management system of the proof-of-concept phase, supervision and a full-range control by the Council for the commercialisation.

The specific objectives are:

- Support to search for opportunities to create new inventions

- Expansion of the system of industrial protection support

- Solution method of its financing

- Systematic support of phase proof of concept

- Increase of knowledge transfer

- Development of the control system.
