The Action is the first phase of the Global Project establishing the infrastructure for charging electric vehicles along the TEN-T Core network Corridors (Baltic-Adriatic and North Sea-Baltic) in Poland, with extension to the Baltic countries (Lithuania and Latvia). The Action consists of a set of studies with the pilot implementation of twelve multi-standard fast charging stations on the Gdynia–Warsaw route (A1 and A2 motorways).

The Action will allow the gathering of financial and operational data and help to gain experience in the scope of construction and operation of the charging stations. Overall, the Action contributes to support the development of electro-mobility and increase the market uptake.
