The main objectives of the project are to improve the road infrastructure in or near the two settlements by the elaboration of 15 preliminary technical studies/plans. The rehabilitation and the construction of the proposed route will contribute to the economic development of the entire cross border region. The potential investors will have another reason to settle their companies here. This will have effects on local unemployment by creation of new jobs and will influence the population migration from the area, especially the youth one.

The main activity of the project is the elaboration of technical documentation for the realization of the investment (topographical survey, geotechnical study, feasibility study, traffic study, engineering design documents).

The target groups are: inhabitants of the 2 settlements, institutions, tourists, etc.
