The goal of this project is to define the minimum standards for model designs and implementation of the standards. 

This goal will be reached by software for decision making support in model design and parameterisation of related functions. Outputs of the software will be used for tender designs for contracts which require the model design for transport planning. This software and related methodics for model designs will increase the quality of models and ensure certain market cultivation in the field of transport planning.
Main users of the software will be government representatives and consulting companies who deal with technical part of tenders for contracts which require the model design for transport planning. The software will be localised into main world languages ensuring use of the software on worldwide markets.
