Overview
Background & policy context:
The use of vehicles and cargo coding systems developed real-time vehicle tracking systems that ensure their safety and enable collection of statistical data about vehicles.
It was noted that the introduction of the single European emergency call number 112 should take optimum measures in order to be passed as reliable caller location information.
Public information portal and mobile transport information portal architecture enables the public to submit legal, statistical, geographic, as well as confidential information based vehicle tracking data.
Objectives:
- Formulate vehicle identification tasks.
- Create the search for obtaining and termination algorithms, which provide authorizations for varying periods.
- Select the mobile subscriber excitation techniques that enable the shortest search time and require the smallest telecommunications resources.
