Overview

Objectives

The aim of the project is to make the preparatory work to organize the successful establishment of Türi Railway Museum and the  Russia narrow gauge railway exposition in the city of St. Petersburg.

Results

To achieve this goal, the project prepared a cost-benefit analysis for both the planned actions - railway museum in Türi and gauge railway exposition in St. Petersburg, and developed marketing strategies and concepts of both the  objects. 

In addition a study of the St. Petersburg region of the narrow-gauge railway lines between Estonia and Russia was carried out and a narrow-gauge railways, particularly in St. Petersburg and Tallinn in the area between the railway lines and networks was draw up. 

At the end of the project, all the preparatory work has been done, so that a Türi railway museum and  the construction of the railway exhibition in St. Petersburg can start.
