Overview
In this project the sensitivity of transport demand in 2030 was examined with different assumptions of the spatial distribution of the settlement data, furthermore the impact on the traffic situation was assessed. This served as the basis for drawing up the forecast for the state in 2030 average working day transport (AWDT). Simplified models for the states 2005 and 2030 were created for the average daily traffic (ADT).
The objectives of the project are:
- Calculation of demand sensitivities in different settlement data and their impact on the transport demand in 2030.
- Updating the forecast of AWDT for the 2030 taking into account the sensitivity calculations with changing settlement data and the intermediate model results from to 2030 and the need of debottlenecking.
- Creation of a simplified model for the average daily traffic 2005 and 2030 (cars, vans, trucks).
The updated forecast for 2030 of AWDT will be used for a creation of a model of average daily traffic in year 2005 and 2030.
