Overview

Objectives:

The Action's overall objective is to implement technical solutions that will enhance the security level of the network and information systems of Helsingborgs Hamn AB in accordance with the Directive on security of network and information systems (NIS Directive).

The beneficiary will set-up a System Incident Event Management (SIEM) to increase its ability to detect and respond to incidents and to monitor data-leakages, hacking attempts and breeches; as well as a Security Operations Center (SOC) which, in conjunction with the SIEM, will ensure the availability of continuous support and a pre-filtering of alarms and reports. Moreover, the beneficiary will use self-assessment and reporting toolkits to perform risk assessments based on cyber security frameworks; perform penetration tests to test the security posture of its infrastructure; and set-up firewalls.

The Action will result in a standardised process of the entire incident workflow.

The Action will also improve the beneficiary's cooperation with relevant cybersecurity stakeholders at the national and European level.
