The project aims to elaborate the support instruments that will contribute at the improvement of justifying and planning processes of two major strategic investments in the road transport infrastructure, at the level of Oradea-Debrecen urban poles network.

The target groups are: the partner institutions responsible with the implementation of the project, Central (Ministries, Governmental), Regional, County and Local Authorities with competences in the field of the development of the road transport infrastructure and the citizens from the cross border area.

In terms of the activities that the project proposes there is a number of 5 activity packages: Preparation Activities, Project Management, Communication, Preparing the process of planning and justifying the strategic investments in the infrastructure road system and Studies: (1 Pre-feasibility Study for Oradea Metropolitan Area and 1 Pre-feasibility Study for the City of Debrecen for justifying the need and opportunity to realize of two strategic investments in the road transport infrastructure.
