The PAC2 cluster will capitalise on transport projects to raise awareness of best practice and development potentials for multimodal connectivity in the 2 Seas Small and Medium Sized (SMS) ports. It also aims to trigger follow-up activities that enhance landside & seaside accessibility, enabling the Programme area to support a truly integrated internal market and thrive on the global scale.
