The project tries to solve a local problem in Békés and Arad counties – the lack of appropriate road link between Lökösháza and Curtici, through elaboration of technical studies and plans; the length of the planned road is aprox. 59.3 + 8.0 km (rehabilitation and construction) Orosháza- Dombegyháza and Lökösháza and Curtici.

The main activity of the project is preparation of studies and plans. The target group of the project is formed by aprox 60,000 inhabitants (50,000 from southern Békés Subregion and 8044 from Curtici), 19 councils, companies that comprise the business environment of the subregion and Curtici area.
