Public transport organisation in the Czech Republic has an increasing trend to integrated transport systems. These systems are very vulnerable from environment extreme events or crisis situations. Public transport planning and management are now supported by a set of information and telematic applications and systems. Traffic management systems are developed for urban areas. An important environment is created for possible optimisation processes of public transport emergency situations.
