The aim of the project is to improve traffic conditions in Klaipėda State Seaport, thus increasing the port's throughput and the time costs of small cargo transportation (travel costs) and air pollution.
The activity implemented during the project is the reconstruction of the northern and southern breakwaters of Klaipėda State Seaport. The project aims to improve the port access infrastructure, i.e. breakwaters.
