Moreover, traffic growth requires infrastructure extensions and bridge replacements. Such work usually involves significant restrictions of traffic. These restrictions, which may concern the bridge or potential traffic below, create some dissatisfaction of users and are sources of accidents. It is therefore important to minimize time inconvenience of road traffic.
