The aim is to develop, using different national approaches, emulsified compositions of Slurry seal and Micro surfacing with high performance properties and to offer proposals for supplementing the “Road Specifications 2019” (or other - current versions of specifications) with Latvian conditions new road surface restoration technology, to ensure the use of the proposed solution for high-intensity roads. Develop guidelines for the design, manufacture, and quality control of these mixtures. Continue to develop and test thin-layer asphalt concrete compositions to include requirements for several types of this asphalt concrete in the “Road Specifications 2019”.
